Paychex Business Solutions (PBS), a national leader in the professional employer organization (PEO) industry, is seeking an Operations Manager, to direct and oversee business operations.Paychex Business Solutions is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida and currently supports clients throughout the United States.
The Operations Manager provides direction, as well as operational support to PBS Managers to attain corporate, client and financial growth objectives.This position will oversee business processes to achieve revenue and profit targets based on established financial goals with direct responsibility for Payroll and Benefits Operations and the overall delivery of services to our PEO clients.Manages projects and the development and implementation of policies and procedures designed to promote service philosophy and improve productivity. Ensures that operations of PBS are in accordance with company policy and procedures and recommends operational changes and process improvements in response to changing conditions.Ensures that high service standards and financial goals are met and assists with the development and documentation of the PBS business plan.
The successful candidate must have a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field and a minimum of 10 years relevant business experience, including Financial Management and/or Operations Management, to include a minimum of 10 years managerial experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.A minimum of 5 years successful PEO management experience is strongly preferred.Experience must demonstrate leadership and a commitment to collaboration, problem-solving, change management, process improvement and proven effective communication skills in a high growth environment.
